It's not been a smooth sailing journey for me lately, both physically and emotionally. Career, personal, family, finance, health, all intertwined in this mind that's already a tangled mess for quite some time.
But that late afternoon I found peace and serenity. That late afternoon, the universe came to me, embracing me, telling me that everything is going to be just fine. The moment is brief but the magic lasts, even now when I think back, especially when the mind is playing against me, I can smile, for if you let yourself be one with everything around you, you are never alone.
I sat at the edge of that tiny pond that lies in a quiet and serene park tucked somewhere in the middle of this vast concrete jungle. Suddenly the turtles started swimming my way, bobbing their heads above the water as though a symphony is playing. The white ducks then follow suit, going in circles and coming to say hello. An eagle swooped past, and back again, never minding the drizzle.
It was silent.
And a rainbow appeared.
Deep inside the heart may be hurting, but the soul is content.
When the soul is content, the heart will heal.
And what is left of the black and ugly, will just be the wonderful hues of that beautiful rainbow.

Well written my dear friend. We all need to sometimes breathe and let the world comes to us and be grateful for all the wonderful things that are.
and i am indeed grateful for a lot of things....
