Convenience for using internet mah. BTW, I was questioning the logic of cheaper tickets online rather than over the counter for Air Asia as this gives preference to the well to do urban folks who have broadband internet access and punishes the poor rural folks who may have to take 1 or 2 days to walk to the Air Asia counter to fly somewhere and pay a higher air rate. I personally would not find issue paying this fee if it made things cheaper for rural folks. But that's just the idealist in me.
