I don't understand why we enjoy being the laughing stock.

If this keeps on going, it's no wonder that the kids get confused in between politically-driven policy makers' tug-of-war. Rural schools would've done ok, only if we start by thinking about improving their facilities first. Teachers could've been more proficient, only if we carefully plan out their training. Our vision could've been taken as an example by other developing nations, only if the implementation follows through.
